Focus on the Future of New Energy | Huayou Indonesia Makes a Splendid Appearance at the 2025 International Battery Summit

From August 5th to 6th, the "2025 International Battery Summit (IBS) & Exhibition" was held in Jakarta. Indonesian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Bahlil Lahadalia, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

Huayou Indonesia made a prominent appearance at the summit, setting up a booth at the exhibition venue to showcase its technological achievements and development strategic layout in the field of new energy materials and intelligent manufacturing.

Themed "Powering the Future: Advancing the Global Energy Transition with Battery Technology," the summit brought together over 100 experts and more than 500 representatives from 30 countries, encompassing representatives from the industrial sector, industry associations, and research institutions. It served as a crucial platform for promoting global energy cooperation.

In his opening speech, Minister Bahlil Lahadalia repeatedly praised Huayou's development achievements and cooperative attitude in front of international guests. He stated, "Regarding Indonesia's new energy industry, Huayou has invested in numerous projects and made significant contributions to the industrial ecosystem. We believe that such contributions will continue in the future."

Wei Linkui, General Manager of Huayou Indonesia's Regional Management Center, delivered a speech on behalf of the company. He mentioned that Huayou would actively respond to the Indonesian government's national strategy of building an integrated electric vehicle ecosystem, engage in broader upstream and downstream collaborations, forge a more resilient supply chain, create value for customers, and contribute to the industry. His speech received enthusiastic applause from the audience, highlighting Huayou's professionalism and influence in driving the upgrading of Indonesia's energy and mineral resources industry.

During the exhibition, Huayou's booth remained highly popular. Visitors from diverse backgrounds actively engaged in exchanges, showing particular interest in Huayou's green intelligent manufacturing facilities constructed in Indonesia. Minister Bahlil also led several senior government officials to visit Huayou's booth, interacting with the company's senior management team in Indonesia. His amiability and familiarity demonstrated not only the government's emphasis on enterprises but also conveyed a strong foundation of cooperation and trust between the two parties.

Looking ahead, Huayou Indonesia will continue to participate in international high-end energy and mineral resources platforms, actively integrate into the global battery industry ecosystem, build a more resilient global cooperation network, deepen strategic alliances with regional and global partners, jointly promote the sustainable development of the battery industry chain, and contribute Huayou's strength to the global energy transition.
